Emanuel's was recommend to me by Western Materials Roofing when needing someone to roof a small garden shed which is 10 feet by 10 feet. They were prompt in looking at my project and giving me a bid. They answered all my questions / concerns I had as to how the materials would be applied (such as a drip edge all the way around the roof and not just on the eave sides, nail length and matching materials to the roof on the home). They were very helpful in explaining how they would install the materials and helped me understand without making me feel dumb for not knowing "roofing." Both men were very polite and conscientious about my property / yard / vehicles and the close quarters they had to work in. They arrived on the date stated and went right to work. Emmanuel Construction was recommended to me and I couldn't be happier. They were quick to come out and give me an estimate to replace my roof shingles. They were very affordable and replaced my shingles in one day. They are very professional and did a really good job, including putting some trim under the roof line to prevent water from getting under the shingles. They also put a top on my chimney to keep the rain out. I would highly recommend this company if you ever need your shingles replaced. 5 Stars!
